McDonald's service department on a regular basis. The service writers have been to maintenance training. The maintenance techs have been to charm school. This group easily comprises the best service department I have seen in my 55 years of driving. I own an airplane. I need to know everything about every maintenance item. Same for the Volvos. When was the last time you spent 15 minutes under the hoist in the service bay receiving a complete briefing from your mechanic? Their experience and competence becomes quickly evident. This is a well-run and customer-centered business. Go make an appointment.

I bought my S60 here years ago and McDonald has been servicing it ever since. From the sales buying experience to every service visit, this group has been wonderful to work with. Great prices and great service - I recommend them to everyone!

I have been dealing with the McDonald Automotive Group for over 15 years and 6 vehicles and they are the embodiment of professionalism and personal service!I started with them buying a used VW and have since utilized their Mazda and most recently Volvo dealership and service departments.If you are tired of the usual headache of buying a quality new or pre - owned vehicle, visit any of the McDonald dealerships on S Broadway for a top notch experience and fair deal!...and their service department will keep you coming back!My salesman, Adam, has been with McD for quite some time (unheard of in the car biz!!) and is one of their top sales people. Adam is currently in the Mazda dealership, but ask for him as he can help you out with any vehicle.We bought a certified pre-owned Volvo last week and the owner, Mike McDonald came by to thank me for being a loyal customer. Now THAT is personal service!Go to McDonald Automotive Group, you will NOT be disappointed... (tell them Don sent ya... :)!!

We had a great experience with this repair group.  We live in Illinois and as we drove out of the mountains on March 27 (Saturday), our car started heistating.  We stopped at a nearby oil change shop off of I-76 almost out of Denver.  They were able to tell us that there was something wrong with the solenoid on one of our cylinders but there was no way they could fix it.  It was 1:00pm on a Saturday and I had two young children, my wife, and me who had to get back home by Monday!They suggested we call a Volvo repair shop. With little hope, I started calling.  I was able to find McDonald after calling 7 other places.  The woman who answered was polite and told me they could not gurantee anything but they would try to take a look at the car if we could bring it in.  With no other options, we drove the 30 miles or so in the other direction to Littleton.  The service advisor, Sarah or Kassie (not sure), got a technician to take a look at our car.  Within 30 minutes, they informed us of the problem and could have it fixed in 1 hour for less than $200.  We were on our way in 50 minutes.  You hear of service places taking advantage of a situation like this and that did not happen here.I would definitely go back!
